Post approval

Hi - I'm trying to start a discussion in the Project community forum about an issue I have but every time I publish the discussion is gives the message that it is awaiting approval, after a while it gives the error message that it has been denied and doesn't post.

Any ideas what the issue is? I'm not a first time poster and never had any issues previously!

Thanks

    Hello mate!

Well, I am new here, and I am here to tell you that I have spent less than a day on here and I am sick and tired of this already. My profile post counter reports that I made 6 posts, when in reality I can only see 2 tied to my profile, because the remaining 4 are awaiting approval, after being posted almost 24 hours ago during a work week. You would think they would approve it promptly, and let their charming AI models do the approval and moderation, but no. You just have to sit there and wait, and wait, and wait.

Not only that! This site is slow like a dial-up modem and buggy like a cheap alarm clock with a mind of its own. It has a dysfunctional text editor that spits out all kinds of weird validation errors for no obvious reason.

What the issue is? The issue is they don't trust you, and they own this space. What did you expect? They hate users like you and me who want to have a meaningful conversation like in the old days of the Internet when Windows 95 came out.

You probably lost interest and left by now. That tends to happen when the owners and moderators demand approval of every post and every comment. In fact, chances are you won't even see this comment of mine, because they will hold it back for approval. Either way, and for what it's worth, they have approved your post. All of them.

Sorry I'm unable to help. It's not up to me. But you have my support.

The issue is that they have to manually approve everything and it takes them forever. It took them almost 48 hours to approve one of my posts. While awaiting approval, you can't even edit a post or a comment, because there is no way to list unapproved comments on your profile. You can't navigate back to it unless you can use browser history (which works for posts but not for comments). I don't know if they do this for new users only, but I can't use a site that's as dysfunctional as this one. I don't have time or energy for this.
