    Hello,
as hariskhurshid mentioned you can change it with this regkey. But first you have to press STRG + SHIFT + F3 to leave the OOBE during the process.  After pressing this Keys your will be loggend in as an administrator and it is possible to change the key.

Also you can install programms, change configs or create local users.

  • Hi Olaann ,

The screen you're seeing is part of the Windows 11 Out-of-Box Experience (OOBE) and setup process. It's designed to encourage you to connect to Microsoft services like OneDrive, Microsoft 365, Edge, and more.

If you're finding this nag screen annoying and want to block or bypass it, below is the process you need to perform

Press Win + R → type regedit → press Enter.

    Go to:

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\UserProfileEngagement

Create or modify the ScoobeSystemSettingEnabled DWORD key:

    Name: ScoobeSystemSettingEnabled

    Value: 0

    Reboot your system.

This should block those “You're almost done” prompts.

If this doesn't work, let me know so I can provide another solution.
